With effect from 1st April 2013, Money Advice Plus Services (MAPS) has merged with Money Advice and Community Support (MACS) based in Brighton.

Money Advice Plus Services is a registered charity established in 1994 delivering money and debt advice services by phone to people experiencing
financial difficulties. Our service is independent, confidential and free
of charge to the client.
We aim to increase people’s knowledge about money,
to develop their money management skills and to help them deal with debt.
Money and debt problems can be very stressful and our expert advice service
gives people the reassurance and support they need as well as practical
help to resolve their difficulties.
Money Advice Plus Services (MAPS) works with a range of partners and public sector organisations, including social housing landlords and utility companies,
who fund our money and debt advice service to better support their residents
and customers.
We comply with the Quality Mark standards set by
the Legal Services Commission and are members of the Institute of Money
Advisers (IMA) and Advice UK.
